Elevated Work platforms
The Palm Guys are an extremely safety conscious company and in some cases it is too dangerous or extremely difficult to climb a palm or tree that needs removing or pruning.
In these instances elevated work platforms are used which allows the highly skilled Arborist to get exactly where he needs to be and to be able to carefully dismantle the palm or tree in small hand held pieces and control the delivery to the ground to ensure no damage to property or persons.
It is advisable not to use climbing spikes when a palm or tree is being trimmed or in all instances where it is to remain alive. So when maintaining palms or trimming trees we endeavour to use our confined space Elevated Work Platforms at all times.
The Hinowa Goldlift 14.70 elevated work platform folds up to 780mm wide (fits through a standard size gate) and has a bucket height of 14m. It is track mounted and has the ability to be manoeuvred up and down stairs and to be set up on a slope, allowing for confined space access.
